Agreement to Terms
By installing and using RSS Ninja ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.
Description of Service
RSS Ninja is a browser extension for Mozilla Firefox that allows you to:
- Subscribe to and read RSS/Atom feeds
- Organise feeds into categories
- Import and export feed subscriptions
- Mark articles as read or starred
The Extension stores data locally in your browser and requires an account for access.
Account Registration
To use RSS Ninja, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
Subscription and Payment
RSS Ninja offers paid subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual Plan: Billed yearly at a discounted rate
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data will remain in your browser's local storage
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
- Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
Intellectual Property
RSS Ninja and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RSS Ninja and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The content you access through RSS feeds remains the property of the respective feed publishers.
Third-Party Content
RSS Ninja allows you to access content from third-party RSS/Atom feeds. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content
- Changes or discontinuation of third-party feeds
- Any issues arising from your use of third-party content
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All feeds will be compatible or accessible
- The Extension will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSS Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Extension.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Extension or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
